SESA Elektronik is a leading SErvice and SAles representative in Turkey, active in the fields of Medical  , Analytical and Industrial instrumentation fields. Established in 1973 by five young engineering graduates, now the company operates with a total staff of more than 175 people located in five offices of SESA. Headquarters are based in Istanbul, and branch offices are located in Ankara, Izmir, Adana and Bursa. Each office is capable of carrying out all sales and service related activities of the company independently. The gross annual turnover of the company is around $20 Million.

Presently, company operates under five departments, namely:

• Medical products (Healthcare related equipment)

• Medical products (Healthcare related disposables)

• Analytical products (Materials control, Quality control & Environmental control equipment)

• Process products (On-Line analyzers and other process equipment)

• Technical services (Installation, technical training, maintenance & repair services)

In accordance with the general SESA policy, Medical Equipment Department of SESA has always been a pioneer in Turkish market for introducing new technologies and products. Thanks to our dynamic and well-experienced staff, we are continuously following the innovations being applied in developed countries, bringing these innovations, their utilization and technical support at the Turkish doctors’ dispose.

In it’s over 30 years of professional activities; SESA has brought the following new applications:

• In Gamma counter and Beta counters field SESA has served 30 years to an elite group of users successfully with high quality technologies and products of Packard Instruments.

• SESA is not only the first company to introduce RIA kits into Turkish market, but also the first company who manufactured Gamma counter locally.

• SESA is the most experienced company in Turkey in Monitoring field who has previously represented high end manufacturers such as American Optical, Electrodyne, Honeywell, Kontron, Spacelabs, and Nellcor.P.B.

• SESA has been the first to recognize the importance of Ventilators in Turkey and represented Nellcor Puritan Bennett until the company was allied and SESA is presently representing Newport ventilators.

• SESA is the well experienced company for sterilization successfully establishing turnkey sterilization centers with MDT Castle.

• SESA has successfully completed many operating theater projects with MDT Castle products.

• SESA has been the pioneer to introduce Ultrasonic Surgical Aspiration technology into market with Selector brand.

• SESA is the market leader in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation instruments in Turkey with the world leader Enraf-Nonius.

• In addition to above, SESA is the first company to introduce AED defibrillator, Pulseoximeter, Thermal Camera, Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitor, Intravascular Ultrasound to the local market.

Additionally SESA is involved in Complete Hospital Package Deals and Turnkey Hospital Project activities. Such activities are taking place both in Turkey for domestic projects and also in CIS Central Asian Countries. In this direction thanks to our 31 years of background and great experience, we have performed very fruitful partnership with such companies as Hospitalia, Nissho Iwai, Calmaquip and Simed.

Excluding activities in foreign countries, our sales and service activities in the above-mentioned fields, yield annually $19-20 Million gross with import volume of approximately $8-10 Million. A majority of the annual turnover originates from the Medical Department activities.
